Richard founded JAADE Corp in 1984 and has led the company through four decades of disciplined growth. His background in industrial engineering and operations management shaped the company's long-term orientation. Under his leadership, JAADE has grown from a single manufacturing operation to a six-company portfolio across five industries.
Catherine Aldridge
Chief Operating Officer
Catherine brings 25 years of operational leadership across manufacturing, logistics, and financial services. Before joining JAADE Enterprises, she held senior operations roles at two Fortune 500 companies. She oversees the day-to-day coordination between JAADE Corp and its operating companies.
David Whitfield
Chief Financial Officer
David has served as CFO of JAADE Enterprises for 12 years, overseeing capital allocation, financial planning, and investor relations. His previous career included senior finance positions in both public and private companies. He brings a disciplined, conservative approach to financial management that aligns with the company's long-term philosophy.
Sandra Park
General Counsel & Corporate Secretary
Sandra oversees all legal, regulatory, and governance matters for JAADE Corp. She has been with the company for 18 years, guiding the legal framework for each acquisition and ensuring the holding company maintains the highest standards of corporate governance.
